Cold Pressed Oil Company

We produce our multi award winning Pure Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil from seed that is grown on our farm.
By using the traditional method of Cold Pressing, we are able to extract the oil from the seed and maintain all of its natural goodness. The result is a deliciously smooth, nutty flavoured oil that is the perfect accompaniment to any dish.

Wessex Country Gammons

Wessex Country Gammons started producing high quality cooked hams at Vines Close Farm in Wimborne, Dorset in 1987. Their hams have rapidly grown in reputation and they are now widely respected within the trade.


Lyburn Cheese

Lyburn farm makes a variety of different handmade cheeses, all of which are made from their own cow’s milk. Although they are pressed, these artisan cheeses are not that close to cheddar cheese. They are, in general, a softer and a more continental type of cheese, with the exception of Old Winchester and Old Smales.


 Laverstoke Park Farm

Laverstoke Park Farm was created in 1996, by F1 auto racing driver Jody Scheckter, who became world famous in the late 1970’s. The driving force behind starting his farm was to make ‘the best tasting, healthiest food without compromise’. Within 2,500 acres of rolling Hampshire countryside (Biodynamic certificated) Laverstoke combines the most environmentally friendly farming methods, with 21st century science to create delicious and flavoursome products which are 100% free from added nitrates, preservatives and colours. Try their Buffalo mozzarella cheese and black pudding – you will never taste anything like it again.


The Watercress Company

Drive through the lanes and villages of Hampshire and Dorset this spring, and you are almost certain to pass right by one of the twelve UK watercress farms owned by The Watercress Company, the UK’s largest and arguably best grower and packer of this delicate crop.


The New Forest Fruit Co

New Forest Fruit Company are a fruit growing business specialising in strawberries and blueberries. Situated between the Solent and the New Forest National Park, they are in the ideal location for growing the earliest, sweetest strawberries and blueberries that can be found in the UK and due to the privileged growing location and with the use of modern growing systems including a range of varieties, they have a very long picking season from the beginning of April until the end of November.

The Tomato Stall

In 2007 The Tomato Stall started to showcase the speciality organic and conventional tomato varieties grown on their Isle of Wight nursery and then take them direct to the consumer. Encouraged by the fantastic feedback for their speciality tomatoes they began to experiment making a range of award winning unique tomato inspired artisan products.

Rosary Goats Cheese began in Salisbury 1988 and has since developed into a fully established dairy. Their cheese is a creamy and fresh goats’ cheese with a natural acidity and a mousse-like texture. It’s a versatile cheese that is also suitable for vegetarians.
