Telesales Executive Role Essentials
- Maintain and expand a warm sales ledger of existing customers in a specific geographical area
- Build relationships with existing customers to retain and grow business
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone orders
- Upsell new products and negotiate prices
- Participate in supplier days for additional vouchers and prizes
- Work closely with Warehouse, Transport, Purchasing, Field Sales, and Accounts departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Role Essentials
- Train, coach and develop the evening and weekend Telesales and Service team.
- Embed a sales performance culture leading by example.
- Communicate and Implement sales team briefing and initiatives.
- Ensure team and individuals are targeted to achieve sales and objectives.
- Train and upskill individuals and team to achieve sales targets, activity, and initiatives.
- Manage and monitor productivity to ensure reach and sales via all trading customers including the management and processing of answer phone orders.
- Ensure all online customers have a telesales contact strategy.
- Own and deliver results in own customer base.
- Ensure all tele sellers are equipped with daily, weekly, and monthly sales tools.
- Ensure all platform and EDI orders are managed and processed by end of day.
- Prepare handover comms to operations leader at end of shift and handover to day team and Customer Experience Manager
- Identify and manage under performance through regular 121s.
Salary: £25,000 -30,000 dependant on experience
Location: Office based in Totton, Southampton, hybrid working available after probation

Do you have a passion for Digital Marketing?
As Marketing Assistant at Harvest your role will be to help grow our brand through digital marketing alongside print (Brochure / Flyer design). Duties will involve developing and managing all our digital platforms for both social media and online trading as well as enhancing our online presence, working alongside our purchasing department to promote products, and producing great industry insights for our sales team.

- Ensure the brand standards are maintained through our communication
Who we’re looking for
- Competent in digital marketing together with brochure design.
- Experience with Website maintenance
- A self-starter who can bring new ideas forward
- Knowledge of Canva or similar
- Experience with Hootsuite, mailchimp or similar email marketing tools
- Comfortable with InDesign
- Strong and adaptable communication skills
- A passion for Marketing with confidence to bring your ideas to the table.
- Marketing experience in the food or drink industry (desirable)
- Commercially minded, data-driven, with a proactive approach, and a strong willingness to learn.

Hours: 42.5 hours, fully flexible 5 days over 7
Salary: £38,000 – £42,093 per annum (DOE)
Role
Your role will be to lead, plan and manage the Transport Department including routing, forecasting, driver training & development, driver management, compliance, fleet maintenance and other Transport functions.
