Phil visits Weymouth Catering College

Phil our Development Chef had a great day at Weymouth Catering College with the Level 1 and 3 students. Phil demonstrated a Vanilla Pannacotta to the Level 1 students using Sosa Pro-Pannacotta, they then recreated their own interpretation of the dish. 😋🍽
The level 3 students were taken up another level, where they cooked a cod dish with streaky bacon, pea puree, saffron oil and lobster foam using Sosa Proespuma. 🥓
We'd like to thank Ashley, his team and the students themselves for such a positive day, with lots of ideas being bounced around for their upcoming Gala night in May.👏
