Phil our Development Chef visits Level 2 Catering Students at Portsmouth College

Phil our Development Chef was at the City of Portsmouth College, Highbury Campus with Level 2 catering students on Monday, Phil demonstrated an eggs benedict with a couple of twists.

Phil presented the poached egg on a toasted English Muffin, Bacon Lardons and Laverstoke Black Pudding topped with Essential Cuisine Hollandaise sauce. The students then went to prepare their own version.
