Ben previously worked for Inchcape Fleet Solutions in Portsmouth for 14 years, and gradually worked his way up to be part of the Senior Management Team. He managed the Fleet Administration, Pricing, and Car Schemes teams for over 8 years, streamlining and automating business processes. Reporting and data analysis were key parts of the role, analysing pricing data and driving down the cost of funding with the panel of funders through monthly reviews focusing on performance through KPI’s.
Ben then took a 2 year career break and became a property developer, flipping and renovating several properties within the Southsea & Portsmouth areas. This was something that he really enjoyed, however due to the effects of Covid it wasn’t a stable career to be in.
Ben joined Harvest on the 1st December as the Business Support Manager reporting to Steve Whitwam, Harvest’s Commercial Director. Ben’s initial goals are to reactive all previous business KPI’s, and streamline/automate processes where possible. He is looking forward to this new challenge!
