Over this Summer period, Team Harvest have been working hard to create Cook at Home boxes on behalf of Southampton City Catering. We have been busy creating 100's of boxes and we are very proud to be a part of this brilliant program.
These boxes are distributed to schools in Southampton and are then available for families to collect. The boxes contain plenty of fresh and delicious produce, as well as staples such as pasta, tinned goods, eggs and flour. Each box contains the right ingredients for families to create healthy and nutritious meals throughout the week.
City Catering's home cooking program of support aims to inspire households to explore everyday, family friendly and healthy home cooking. The fresh ingredients provided by Harvest, are a great way to boost nutrition and learn skills and new recipes.
