Phil had a great day at Lainston House with Chefs Neil Rippington and Andy Mackenzie to give students from Sparsholt College tips and tricks to use in the kitchen! Phil showed the students how to create a simple, seasonal, low cost and tasty one pot Squash dish using locally produced products which caters for everyone’s tastes & requirements. Thank you to the students from Sparsholt College for their time and a wonderful day!
