Garlic & Lemon Roasted Romanesco (click to view video)
Roasted Romanesco cauliflower is incredibly tasty, especially with the added lemon and garlic. A great accompaniment for any main course.
Ingredients
- 1 Romanesque cut into florets (46475)
- 2 tablespoon Coldpressed rapeseed oil (52323)
- 6 cloves sliced garlic (54723)
- 2 teaspoon lemon zest - plus a little more, to taste (73089)
- Dorset Sea salt (30563)and cracked black pepper (64387)- to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425f/220c
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the florets in an bowl and drizzle with the rapeseed oil and sliced garlic.
- Zest the lemons over the florets and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
- Mix well and then place on a parchment lined baking tray.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until tender and browned.
- Serve warm, topped with more lemon zest to taste.
Toasted flaked almonds is also a great addition to this dish.
