This week our Development Chef, Phil and Fabien from Pidy were discovering some delicious filling combinations for the different Pidy cases.

Here is how they turnt out, why not give a few of these a try?

Mango and Pineapple in Pidy Selection 8cm and 5cm:

Mango and pineapple jelly, with diced mango and pineapple, and fresh shaved coconut. Garnished with fresh fruits.
