This week our Development Chef, Phil and Fabien from Pidy were discovering some delicious filling combinations for the different Pidy cases.
Here is how they turnt out, why not give a few of these a try?

Chorizo sausage, red onion, tomato, red pepper, and smoked paprika tuille.
Cheddar and truffle cheese and profiteroles:
