Harvest Fine Foods has operated as suppliers to the catering industry for over 20 years and our customer base has grown and changed tremendously, particularly over the past 2 years.  As a 24/7 operation, our busy warehouse operates both day and night shifts.

 

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to manage the day-to-day functions with a team of up to 10 staff.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Good people management skills
  • Managing goods-in logistics
  • Facilitating storage and flow of produce
  • Managing the day warehouse rota to ensure cover always
  • Knowledge of food hygiene
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety in the food industry
  • Basic office and computer knowledge
  • Forklift driving an advantage
  • Organisational skills

 

The successful candidate will report to the Duty Shift Manager, working 5 days a week, days off to be agreed.  The ideal candidate will be a strong and fair-minded individual, able to take responsibility to manage an enthusiastic and capable team.
