Telesales Executive (Sales)

Do you love food and selling and leading a team? Are you looking for an evening role?

Location: Totton, Southampton (onsite)

Hours: Part Time Evening Role - 30 hours per week

Shift Pattern:  5.15pm to 11.15pm Sunday to Thursday (potential to negotiate)

 

Role

Reporting to the Telesales Manager, your role within the Telesales team is to lead the evening shift team and work with colleagues to manage and process all customer orders and grow business through selling new categories and ranges. The function of the Telesales Team is to build relationships with existing customers, taking inbound and outbound telephone orders, retrieving and processing answerphone and email orders and upselling new products and ranges. You and your team will have sales targets and bonuses available to earn each month. You will work closely with other departments within the business including Warehouse and Transport with handovers & liaison with days teams in Telesales, Purchasing, Field Sales, and Accounts, to ensure the best possible experience is received by our customers.

Every day is different, you will learn something new. Changes in seasonal foods, chefs working with some foods you will never have heard of. It’s exciting, its fun, and it’s different.

Telesales Executive - Maternity Cover

Do you love food and selling and leading a team? Are you looking for an evening role?

Location: Totton, Southampton

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: £24,147.34 per year

Role

Reporting to the Telesales Team Leader and the Telesales Manager, your role within the Telesales team is to maintain and grow a warm sales ledger of existing customers within a specific geographical area, paired with a field sales Business Development Manager.

The function of the Telesales Team is to build relationships with existing customers, to retain and grow existing business, taking inbound and outbound telephone orders, upselling new products and price negotiations. You will have sales targets to achieve with bonuses available to earn each month and supplier days with potential to earn additional vouchers and prizes.

As the first point of contact for all our customers, you will be a strong communicator, self-driven to achieve targets, a team player dedicated to providing excellent customer service when dealing with queries in what can be a fast-paced, busy, and challenging environment.

You will work closely with other departments within the business including Warehouse, Transport, Purchasing, Field Sales, and Accounts, to ensure the best possible experience is received by our customers.

Transport Manager

Location: Totton, Southampton

Hours: 42.5 hours, fully flexible 5 days over 7

Salary: £38,000 – £42,093 per annum (DOE)

 

Role

Your role will be to lead, plan and manage the Transport Department including routing, forecasting, driver training & development, driver management, compliance, fleet maintenance and other Transport functions.
